BOOKING AND PAYMENT<\/h2>

For the confirmation of the booking, a fee of 30% preview<\/strong> of the total amount through the website. The rest of the payment will be made at the time of delivery of the vehicle.<\/p>

In case of damage to the exterior or the interior of the vehicle, it is necessary to deposit a deposit of 700\u20ac deposit<\/strong> by bank card upon collection of the motorhome.<\/p>

The hire charge is calculated in full days, and both the collection day and the return day count as one day each.<\/p>

KILOMETER<\/h2>

For bookings of 7 days or more, unlimited mileage<\/strong>.<\/p>

For bookings of less than 7 days, 200 km per day is included. A surcharge of \u20ac0.25 for each additional kilometre<\/strong>.<\/p>

Example: for a 3-day booking, 600 kilometres may be driven. If the customer drives 620 kilometres, they will be charged a surcharge of 20 \u00d7 0.25 = \u20ac5.<\/p>

VEHICLE DELIVERY<\/h2>

The vehicle will be handed over from 09:30<\/strong> and the exact time must be agreed in advance with Autocaravanas Otsoa.<\/p>

Upon handover, the tenant must pay a a deposit of \u20ac700 by bank card<\/strong>. The security deposit shall cover any damage, breakages, additional cleaning costs or other expenses for which the tenant is liable under the terms of the tenancy agreement.<\/p>

RETURN OF THE VEHICLE<\/h2>

The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and before 8.00 pm<\/strong>. The tenant must comply with the return instructions<\/strong> provided by Autocaravanas Otsoa and to inform them of the expected time of return of the vehicle.<\/p>

Returns after 8.00 pm without prior authorisation will result in the charge of an additional day\u2019s hire, unless the delay is due to a duly justified case of force majeure.<\/p>

Once the vehicle has been returned, Autocaravanas Otsoa will have up to 7 days to carry out an inspection and check its condition. If no damage, faults or outstanding charges are found, the deposit will be refunded.<\/p>

If, during the inspection, any damage, defects or other costs are identified that must be deducted from the security deposit, the relevant amount will be calculated and the remaining sum will then be refunded.<\/p>

STANDARDS AND CLEANLINESS<\/h2>

When returning the vehicle, the hirer must follow the instructions provided by Autocaravanas Otsoa. A basic clean of the vehicle is required. Should an extra clean be necessary due to excessive dirt or improper use, the cost of such cleaning may be deducted from the deposit at a rate of \u20ac25 per hour.<\/p>

The POTTY must be returned completely empty and clean, with no residue. Otherwise, a charge of \u20ac50 will be applied to cover the cost of emptying and cleaning.<\/p>

The vehicle must be returned with the fuel tanks A full tank of diesel and AdBlue.<\/strong> Otherwise, the cost of refilling them, plus \u20ac25 to cover refuelling costs, will be deducted from the deposit.<\/p>

Autocaravanas Otsoa will have up to 7 days from the date of return to carry out an inspection of the vehicle and refund the relevant portion of the deposit.<\/p>

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS<\/h2>

Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled<\/strong>.<\/p>

If you need to change the dates of your trip, you can request this via more than 30 days in advance<\/strong>. In that case, the amount of the deposit will be made available as a credit balance towards a new booking, subject to availability.<\/p>

INSURANCE AND DRIVERS<\/h2>

The motorhomes are covered by comprehensive insurance with an excess of \u20ac700 and cover across Europe.<\/p>

The vehicle may be driven by a maximum of two authorised drivers<\/strong>, provided they meet the specified requirements.<\/p>

The minimum age for hiring and driving vehicles is 25 years<\/strong>, and you must have held a Category B driving licence for at least two years.<\/p>

FINES AND PENALTIES<\/h2>

The tenant shall be liable for any fines and penalties arising from their actions during the tenancy period.<\/p>

Furthermore, the tenant shall be responsible for tolls, car park charges, fees, restricted-access areas and any other costs arising from the use of the vehicle during the hire period.<\/p>

Should Autocaravanas Otsoa receive a fine, penalty or any other charge relating to the hire period, it may provide the authorities or the service provider with the details of the hirer or the driver responsible and pass on the corresponding amount to them, together with any administrative costs that may arise.<\/p>

BREAKDOWNS AND ASSISTANCE\u00a0<\/h2>

In the event of a breakdown or any other issue relating to the vehicle, the tenant must report this immediately<\/strong> to AUTOCARAVANAS OTSOA and follow the instructions provided.<\/p>

MINOR INCIDENTS AND FAULTS<\/h3>

In the event of an incident or breakdown that does not significantly affect the normal use or safety of the motorhome, AUTOCARAVANAS OTSOA will endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Such incidents shall not, in themselves, entitle the customer to cancel the hire or to a refund or compensation.<\/p>

BREAKDOWNS THAT PREVENT THE JOURNEY FROM CONTINUING<\/h3>

Where a breakdown prevents or significantly restricts the use of the motorhome, the hirer must cooperate with the necessary arrangements for its diagnosis and repair, including its transfer to a garage where necessary.<\/p>

Once the diagnosis and the repair timeframe are known, AUTOCARAVANAS OTSOA will assess the best solution based on the circumstances. If the motorhome cannot be used for part of the contracted period and there is no reasonable alternative for continuing the journey, a refund will be issued for the amount corresponding to the period not used.<\/p>

FAULTS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE<\/h3>

Where the breakdown or damage results from incorrect or negligent use, or from use contrary to the motorhome\u2019s operating instructions, the repair costs and any resulting damage shall be the responsibility of the hirer.<\/p>

In such cases, no refund shall be made for the portion of the rental period not used where the inability to continue the tenancy is the result of the tenant\u2019s actions.<\/p>

ATTENDANCE<\/h3>

Cover for accommodation, transport, repatriation or other assistance services will be subject to the terms and conditions and limits of the policy taken out.<\/p>

Unilaterally abandoning the motorhome or failing to cooperate with the assistance and repair procedure may affect any refund to which you may be entitled.<\/p>

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTOCARAVANS OTSOA<\/h2>

If, in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as a breakdown or accident preventing the vehicle from being made available on the scheduled date, and should Autocaravanas Otsoa be unable to deliver the motorhome, the renter shall be refunded the amount corresponding to the period during which they are unable to use the vehicle, without any further compensation being payable.<\/p>

If, at the time of handover, the motorhome has any minor damage or fault that does not significantly affect its normal use or safety, the hire will continue under the agreed terms and no refund or compensation will be payable on these grounds.<\/p>

If the fault prevents the motorhome from being used as normal, but it can still be used safely, the hirer may decide whether to commence the hire under those conditions or to wait until the fault has been rectified. If they choose to wait, they will be refunded the amount corresponding to the unused rental period, with no further compensation payable.<\/p>
