PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION

For the confirmation of the booking, a fee of 30% preview of the total amount through the website. The rest of the payment will be made at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
In case of damage to the exterior or the interior of the vehicle, it is necessary to deposit a deposit of 700€ deposit by credit card at the time of delivery of the motorhome.
The rental is charged for full days and both the day of pick-up and drop-off count as one day each.

For bookings of more than 7 days unlimited mileage.
For bookings of less than 7 days, 200km per day are included. A supplement of €0.25 will be charged for each additional kilometre.
Example: for a 3-day booking, 600 kilometres can be covered. If the customer were to drive 620 kilometres, a supplement of 20 x 0.25 = €5 would be charged.

The vehicles are delivered from 09:30h. The exact time must be specified before the start of the rental.
The motorhome must be returned before 20:00h.
If the customer wishes to extending the rentPlease apply at least 48 hours in advance. The confirmation of the extension will be subject to the availability of otsoa motorhomes. Unauthorised delays in return, or delays due to force majeure, will be penalised with a daily rate double the amount applied in the contract.

The hirer must return the motorhome in the same condition as when it was delivered at the beginning. Motorhomes otsoa shall have 7 days for the inspection of the vehicle and the subsequent return of the deposit The amount remaining, if any, after deduction of the cost of repairing the damage or damage caused, if any.
Our motorhomes are delivered clean, if they are not returned in the same condition a penalty of 25€ per hour of cleaning may be applied.
Smoking is prohibited inside motorhomes (penalty €300).
The vehicles are delivered with the full fuel tank and will be returned in the same way. Otherwise, the amount of the filling plus €25 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

Cancellations are not allowed.
If the customer notifies a change more than 30 days before the travel date, the amount of the advance payment will be available as credit to be used for new dates.

The motorhomes are covered by comprehensive insurance with an excess of 900€. The hirer must provide a 700€ deposit to cover possible damages. In the event that the damage exceeds this amount, Autocaravanas Otsoa will cover the difference up to the full amount of the excess.
The minimum age for renting and driving the vehicles is 25 years and you must have held your B driving licence for two years.

The Hirer is liable for any penalty or fine imposed by the authorities and for any damage to the vehicle during the term of the rental contract.

The Hirer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation if, due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (breakdown or damage beyond repair on the scheduled delivery date), the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed date.
The tenant shall not be entitled to claim any compensation if the tenant unilaterally starts the tenancy late or terminates the tenancy prematurely.
